Bear sleep has actually changed my life. I’m a night person and I always used to sit in bed wide awake for the longest time before actually falling asleep. I’ve tried melatonin gummies but they always have way too much and I wake up feeling like crap. The best thing about these gummies is the third party testing! I love knowing that when it says I'm getting five grams creatine, I know I'm getting five grams of creatine.
